1. General Terms
   1.1 These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the purchase of products and services (the "Products") from Babah Venture Sdn Bhd ("Seller" or "Company") through Bumbu Babah Ordering System powered by Zing (the "Platform").
   1.2 By placing an order on the Platform, you ("Customer") agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Order Process
   2.1 Placing Orders: Orders are placed via Bumbu Babah Ordering System powered by Zing
   2.2 Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation via email or within the Platform.
   2.3 Product Availability: All orders are subject to availability. In the event a product is out of stock, the Customer will be notified and given the option to select an alternative or cancel the order.
   2.4 Changes or Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, the Customer may request to change or cancel the order within [6 hours] before processing. Any changes or cancellations after this time may be subject to fees.
3. Pricing
   3.1 Price List: Prices for the Products are listed on the Platform and may be subject to change without prior notice.
   3.2 Currency: All prices are listed in MYR, unless otherwise stated.
   3.3 Taxes and Transport: Prices do not include applicable taxes or transport fees. These will be added at checkout or invoicing.
4. Payment Terms
   4.1 Accepted Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer
• E-Wallet Payment
  4.2 Payment Due Date: Payment for orders must be completed upon checkout to proceed the order.

5. Delivery and Shipping
   5.1 Shipping Policy: Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer during checkout.

   5.3 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on delivery address, weight, and size of the order.
6. Returns and Refunds
   6.1 Return Policy: The Customer may return products within 2 Hours of delivery if the product is defective or not as described. Returned products must be in original condition and packaging.
   6.2 Refund Process: Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable return shipping fees.
   6.3 Non-returnable Items: Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund
7. Liability
   7.1 Limitations of Liability: The Seller’s liability for any product defects, damages, or losses is limited to the purchase price paid by the Customer.
   7.2 Indemnity: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of the Products.

   8.1 Data Usage: The Seller will collect and process Customer data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Seller’s Privacy Policy.
   8.2 Confidentiality: The Seller agrees to maintain confidentiality of all Customer information and will not share this data with third parties unless required by law or as per the Privacy Policy.
9. Miscellaneous
   9.1 Force Majeure: The Seller is not liable for failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
   9.2 Amendments: The Seller reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform and will take effect upon publication.
   9.3 Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
